- Please refer to the size chart in the product image section (if any). Recommended weight is for reference only. Please measure your dog's size prior to purchase.
- Each brand has its own size chart. That means your furbaby could be a "S size" in this brand, but "M size" in another one.
- Apparel: The pet's neck & chest circumference should generally be 2-3cm smaller than the product size.
- Apparel/ Bags/ Bed/ Cooling Rayon Mat: Mild detergent & hand wash are recommended.
- Toys: Always supervised your dog while playing toys. Remove any loose pieces and replace the toy if torn.
- Feeding Supplies: Please refer to each product's description.
- Cooling Gel Mat: Wipe clean with a damp cloth if needed. Product itself is waterproof. Avoid putting it into the freezer. Avoid direct sunlightAvoid biting or chewing from pets. Use under supervision if your pets tend to bite or scratch.
